Company Profile:
Process Screw was founded by William (Bill) Hammer in 1965. Our first plant was in Itasca Illinois. We moved to Villa Park, IL. in 1966 due to expansion. Further expansion in 1988 to Shannon Illinois. The plant sits on four acres. 16,000 square feet devoted to 80 screw machines, multiple and single spindle, 1/16 to 2 5/8 capacity. Additional 4,000 square feet for office, inspection, tool room, inventory, and secondary department.
Process Screw is a family owned and operated business. Bill and Marilyn Hammer their sons Bill, Jeff, and Joe; and daughters Gayle, Marlene, Nancy are all active in the family business.
